Q: What is Expert Advisor?

Expert Advisor (known as Forex Robot) is a program that allow automation of the analytical and trading processes in the MT4 platform. Expert Advisor can trade automatically based on some predefined conditions and rules (algorithm).

Q: Are the recommended settings included?

Yes, we included settings which you can download on the knowledge base. We have different types of settings for: 1000 / 3000 / 5000 deposit. Backtest results are included to, which you can also find at the product page.

Q: Can I trial the software before buying?

We don't provide free trials. Instead we provide monthly, semi-annual, annual or lifetime licenses, so the EA's can be low cost tested by everyone.

Q: Is there a money back guarantee?

You have 14 days to evaluate the quality of our products and return your money back, the reason for the refund to the buyer is that our product does not match the information indicated on the site of its sale, that is, on this site, namely its technical malfunction. In this case, the buyer’s request for a refund will not be satisfied: if the buyer, due to their subjective or objective circumstances that do not depend on the actions of the seller, changed their mind to use the product. When there is no evidence of technical problems or any reason the EA is not functioning properly we won't give any refund.

An other reason can be if the provided and recommended settings that come within the EA will blow your account within the first 30 days. We will fully refund your purchase.

Q: Why do you need my MT4 account number?

Before we send you the EA we need to connect the EA to your MT4 account number. This is why we need your MT4 account number, so please provide it in the order details. We did not automate this yet, we are working on it.

Q: Are there any additional charges?

No. There are not additional charges or hidden fees. It is one time payment and you receive the membership you paid for.

2. License

Q: Can i use multiple accounts on 1 EA?

Yes, but no. Because we will connect your MetaTrader4 account number to the EA there only can be 1 account for 1 EA. If you order same 2 EA's with 2 different account codes is possible.

Q: What different licenses are there?

There are 4 different types of licenses: 1 month, 6 months, 1 year and lifetime.

Q: I want to use another MT4 account number, do i need to buy a new license?

Yes unfortunately it is, we do this because it has been abused in the past.

3. General

Q: Can i use multiple EA's on 1 MT4 account?

Yes, you can use. All of our Expert Advisors (Forex Robots) are completely compatible with other advisors. But please be aware of the risk to run multiple EA's, because of the extra risk.

Q: What do I need to get started?

First you need a computer to setup everything. When you have everything setup like: Broker and VPS you can install MT4. You don't need to have any additional Forex knowledge because our forex robots includes detailed user guide and installation instructions. We also have Tutorials on Youtube how to install the Experts and we provide settings with all of our EA's. Click here.

Q: Is there any customer support?

Yes we provide customer support. Our support team is working 24/5 for you. If you have any questions about our robot or about our website don't hesitate to contact us.

4. After-sale questions

Q: I did not received my file?

Before we send you the EA we need to connect the EA to your MT4 account number. This is why we need your MT4 account number, so please provide it in the order details. We did not automate this yet, we are working on it. If you did not receive your order within 10 hours, please contact our support: info@extremeprofitsolutions.com or contact true DISCORD.

Q: Where can I find the password of the knowledge base?

5. Risk

Q: How many risk do I take?

This depends on several factors. We always recommend that you always do a back test for yourself that is tailored to your account equity. Forex remains a risky business, so never invest money you can not miss. We can't guarantee our settings will work for you.

Q: What is the safest Expert Advisor?

This also depends of how you use your settings, we find the Notorious and West Score the safest we have. We only sell Expert Advisors that uses professional and active money management , so your profits will be secured and your loses will be minimized.
